SocialHook is live. Meta messaging webhook infrastructure for developers and agencies — Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp delivering instant JSON payloads to your server. $50/month flat, unlimited messages.

NewFacebook Messenger webhooks — Connect any Facebook Page. Every inbound Messenger DM delivered as a signed JSON payload in under 50ms.

NewInstagram DM webhooks — Connect any Instagram Business or Creator account. DMs, story replies, and mentions all supported.

NewWhatsApp Business API webhooks — Official Meta Cloud API integration. Text, image, document, audio, and video messages. All message types delivered.

NewHMAC-SHA256 payload signing — Every delivery signed with your secret key. Verify authenticity on your server before processing.

NewAutomatic retry with exponential backoff — Failed deliveries retried at 5s, 30s, and 5min intervals. Up to 3 attempts per delivery.

New24-hour payload TTL — Failed-delivery payload buffers automatically deleted after 24 hours. GDPR-compliant by design.

NewDelivery logs — Every attempt logged with HTTP status, response time, and retry count. 30-day retention. No message content stored.

NewToken health monitoring — Connected Meta account tokens monitored continuously. Auto-refresh before expiry. Email alerts when manual re-auth is needed.

NewMulti-platform dashboard — Connect and manage Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and WhatsApp numbers from a single dashboard.

NewGDPR-compliant data processing — Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) available from day one.
