What counts as a "message" in your system?
We don't count messages. You pay $50/month regardless of how many messages, conversations, or contacts you have. There is no metering whatsoever.

Yes. Monthly invoices are automatically generated and available in your billing dashboard. We can also provide annual invoices on request.
What happens if I cancel?
